My aim for this project is to raise awareness for FGM and raise money for the cause. 

 

Through posters and social media I am able to give the cause a voice and inform people of the horrific practice. I hope to encourage people to join me in my campaign against FGM. 

 

I have hand made these white rose badges/brooches to be worn as a way of spreading the word about FGM and as a way to inform people of the facts. 

 

The money made from the donations for the rose brooches will be given to 'Daughters of Eve', a chairty that works to advance and protect the physical, mental, sexual and reproductive health rights of young people from female genital mutilation practising communities.
